Holy Week Symposium/ Resurrection Sunday

Holy Week Symposium/ Resurrection Sunday

“What are you doing here?” God ask this to prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 19:13 when He is running and hiding from Jezebel. Elijah was running away because he was discouraged and dealing with fear and doubt. . So I ask you “What are you doing here?” after all the stuff you’ve put God through with this wavering faith, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? The answer to this is simply Jesus. You are here because God sent his son to die on the cross for your sins and mine. He suffered a brutal death and ascended into heaven 3 days later allowing us to open up our mouths and repent for our sins. We celebrate this as one of the major events in Christianity, which is commonly known as Easter.

Join us for our 53rd Holy Week Symposium, celebrating our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and His walk to Calvary. The theme is “The Cross: A Turning Point, Shifting to Glory.” We are so excited to have joining us Pastor Wiley, Pastor Robinson, and Bishop Sean T. Elder. April 1st thru April 3rd at 6 am, 1 HOUR of power. We’re so excited and ready to see the move of God, as He has risen, so will you. Resurrection (Easter) Services will begin at 10 AM at 5600 Read Boulevard New Orleans, Louisiana on April 5th, 2015. Come out and celebrate what is the most unselfish sacrifice known to man. Hope to see you there.
